Returns & Refunds Policy

At seren, we only sell chewing gum.

Because chewing gum is a perishable, consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including if you ordered the wrong item, no longer want the product, or have opened the product.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Try It Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying seren.

If seren is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right under our 30-Day Try It Guarantee.

This guarantee applies to your first order only and is limited to one claim per customer or household. It covers one order only and does not apply to repeat purchases or future subscription orders.

You do not need to return the product to us. If your refund is approved, we may ask you to pass any remaining product on to a friend or family member who may enjoy it.

To make a claim, please email us at hamish@theseren.life or milo@theseren.life with:

- your order number;
- the email address used to place the order; and
- a short explanation of why seren was not right for you.

We may ask for feedback so we can improve the product and customer experience.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, repeated, or in breach of this policy.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders are handled separately under our damaged or incorrect orders policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges of chewing gum products, whether opened or unopened, unless required by law.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hamish@theseren.life or milo@theseren.life.

Please include:

- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping fees, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy. If the problem is minor, we may choose to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
